Position Title Supply Technician

AECOM has an opportunity for a Supply Technician supporting our program in Springfield, VA. Dites of the Supply Technician include inventory management activities such as accountable property database records management, property issue and receipt control. Track items and segregate them by ownership through the records maintained in the accountable property database. All property will be controlled through a receipt and issue process that complies with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and DoD Regulations.
Administration of the ETID program as it relates to accountable property management.
Process accountable property documentation such as editing, deleting, transferring, and issuing hand receipts.
Conduct annual inventories of all accountable property IAW prescribed procedures.
Conduct 10% monthly inventories to enhance property accountability
Reconcile deficiencies identified during physical inventories.
Maintain property accountability records, paper and/or electronic
Execute monthly reconciliations between property acquisitions/deletions and fiscal databases.
Support a flexible work schedule, including shift changes, split shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Provide property and inventory reporting to the PMO and/or Customer, as appropriate.
Perform related logistics and property duties, as directed by supervision.
High school degree or equivalent is desirable.
Three (3) years of material/supply functions, either in the military services on in commercial applications.
Knowledgeable of governing supply systems/programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals or other established guidelines.
Analytical ability to define problems, collect necessary data, establish facts, and to take recommended action based upon applicable established guidelines.
Possess a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a government driving permit.
Position may require travel.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS security Clearance.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
FAR knowledge as it pertains to managing Government Property
Prior experience working with the National Geospatial – Intelligence Agency
