Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a senior level analyst to plan and direct efforts capturing potential failure modes related to system risks and project risks and is experienced in identifying resolutions or mitigation steps to handle those risks. Proficiency with statistics and probability calculations.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for quality matters pertaining to NSWC Crane SP22 tasking

  • Responsible for coordinating the establishment of SP22 Quality Assurance Program requirements and supporting Quality Plans

  • Collaborate with the Platform and Launch Systems Division Quality Focal Point on quality management and compliancy matters

  • T9001B checklist gap analysis, development, and maintenance as well as facilitation of annual negotiations

  • Update the Program Plan Matrix within the required timeline

  • Maintain the Program Plan

  • Establish and monitor program metrics and quality management system reporting requirements

  • Perform internal assessments

  • Perform as the lead interface with internal and external audit teams

  • Support periodic audits conducted internally by the Division Quality Focal Point (QFP) and externally by the NSWC Crane Quality Management Office (QMO), Perry-Johnson for ISO compliance, and by SP22 or their representatives. Identified shortfalls are entered into the Cranes Action Management System (CAMS) and corrected by the applicable organization to prevent future occurrence. The quality management system for mechanical support equipment is comprehensive and rigorous and ensures the delivery of high quality products and services.

  • Lead Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action (RCA&CA) activities and internal audits for the program Facilitate root cause analysis/corrective action efforts, support SP22 Program audits (TEAV, TPME, MAE) as required

Minimum Requirements

Master's degree in a related field and 10 years of job related experience or equivalent. Good written communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required. Position may require travel. Position will require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SSP organization and knowledge of SSP T9001B.
