Position Title MARMC Fleet Scheduling Support

AECOM is seeking a candidate familiar with fleet scheduling to support the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center.
Provide scheduling support for the development and maintenance of ship’s schedule to facilitate planning within the MARMC Engineering Department.
Load and retrieve data through TAAS Fleet Scheduling Center (FSC), and Visit Analysis Center (VAC).
Provide data and reporting measures related to ship’s schedules, identify and correct inaccuracies,
Use WEBSKED, Navy Data Environment (NDE), Validation Screening & Brokering (VSB), and RMAIS/NNPI.
High school diploma or equivalent training/experience with 3 years of related experience; good communication, organizational, and analytical skills; and working knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet, and data base software.
Must have related recent experience within two (3) years.
Ability to utilize computers including the Microsoft Office Suite for compiling information for reports and history files and transfer digital pictures from camera to computer and enhance as required and label them for report purposes.
Must be familiar with and able to successfully load and retrieve data through TAAS Fleet Scheduling Center (FSC), and Visit Analysis Center (VAC).
Personnel shall have knowledge/understanding of WEBSKED, Navy Data Environment (NDE), Validation Screening & Brokering (VSB), and RMAIS/NNPI. Also a knowledge of operational schedules for Submarine, Air, and Surface Ships, Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM), Ship Force Readiness Manual (SFRM), and scheduling duties.
Position requires a current Secret Security Clearance; Ability to obtain a Common Access Card
